I was absolutely devastated when I finished my painting of Marlow High Street in Buckinghamshire. After countless corrections, I felt so overwhelmed with frustration that I angrily wiped it off and smashed the board in half. But after a calming cup of coffee, I realised that this is all part of the creative journey and I should be proud of my work.
