Campo

A few years ago, I went for a walk on a country road near my parents’ home in Bene Vagienna, Italy. It was a winter morning and as the early mist lifted, I was presented with a breathtaking and emotional landscape. I attempted to capture my connection to the land without altering its natural appearance, including a pile of manure that would nourish the winter field (campo).
