Last summer I’ve visited Hughenden Manor, near High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire. A Victorian mansion that served as the country house of Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, the 1st Earl of Beaconsfield. He was one of Queen Victoria’s favourite Prime Ministers. This is a view from inside the Manor, looking towards the gardens. I loved the variety of trees and the symmetry of the central space. I especially enjoyed the time there in the company of my family and my mum who came to stay with us in the UK for a few months. Hughenden Manor is now owned by the National Trust and is regularly open to the public.
I have recently become a member of Bucks Art Weeks, the largest visual arts event in Buckinghamshire and one of the biggest in the UK. I will be opening my studio between the 11th and the 26th of June, please come and visit!
More details coming soon.
